Register your organization

Before you begin, review the documents required for your organization type. You will upload them in the next step.

Companies

URSB verification

Verification: Telecom must verify with URSB before issuance.

Ensure scans are clear and certified where required. Acceptable formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP. Max 6 MB per file.

Certified copy of certificate of incorporation.
Certified copy of directors’ particulars.
Certified copy showing registered office/place of business.
TIN certificate (from URA).
National ID of Managing Director/CEO (or passport if foreign).
Letter with registration number signed by MD/CEO, authorising SIM purchase & stating purpose.
Legal undertaking signed by MD/CEO or responsible officer, committing joint liability for SIM misuse.

Ensure company name matches the URSB register exactly.
Letters should be on company letterhead and signed in blue ink or verified e‑signature.

An application processing fee of UGX 50,000 (non-refundable) is required at the time of submission.
This fee supports verification, documentation review, and account setup.

You’ll fill in your organisation details and upload documents.
We’ll run quick checks with URSB verification and other regulators as required.
You’ll receive status updates by email/SMS. Average review: 1–3 business days.
